Refunds and Returns
We do not accept refunds or returns of devices purchased from our online store, however, all New products purchased include a manufacturer Warranty and any Used products have a 30 day warranty with Techcraze. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and solve the issue.
Any refused shipments are the customers responsibility. The original shipping fee will be non-refundable and a restocking-fee may apply.

Exchanges
New Products are FINAL SALE. You can exchange a USED device for a store credit within 10 days of the initial purchase date or delivery date.For this please contact us at [email protected].
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Limited Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty is excluded in the following cases :

  • Product that is oxidized,
  • Product that has experienced any type of liquid damage
  • Damage or failure arising out of an accident,
  • One or several components of the Products were manipulated by
    the Buyer or by a third party not authorised by the Seller in connection with the defect for which the Buyer seeks warranty coverage,
  • Damage or failures arising out of a misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance, improper voltage supply,
  • Loss exceeding the original value or replacement value (whichever is the lesser) of the Product
  • Damage or failure arising out of interference from or with other electronic devices, alteration, firmware flashing, bios flashing.
